We had a main water shut off valve that was leaking. We called Dillon at Level Up Plumbing, and he immediately came and turned the water off. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the water valve with an up to code new water valve. He also replaced the front outside faucet with a frost proof hose bib. Expensive, but professional.

I got Dillion’s name from a neighbor and called him to come take a look at my tankless water heater that was having issues. I called him Friday morning and he came within the hour and stayed for a good hour and a half diagnosing the problem. We discovered the exhaust pipe had been installed incorrectly and so he patiently waited for me to contact the roofer so they could come and help realign the pipe. After some convincing I got the roofer to come the next day….and Dillion was accommodating enough to come the next day when the roofer was there to make sure he could install the exhaust pipe correctly. Dillion arrived at 10 AM just like he promised…..the roofer was an hour late. Dillion was terrific, he was patient, did not complain despite the delay by the roofer, was very professional. I felt like I was dealing with family. He is one of those rare individuals that makes a person feel like they are truly being taken care of, he not just there to do the job, he is there to do the job right. I highly recommend Dillion to anyone needing quality work. He really is committed to helping others, and he is a big dog lover.
